Delete Your Account
Two ways to delete — pick whichever is easiest.
If you’d like to delete your Wyke account, you have two options:
From the App (fastest)
Open Wyke → Settings → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps. Your account will be anonymized immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days.
From this page
If you no longer have the App installed or can’t sign in, email us at privacy@getwyke.com with the subject line “Delete my account” and include the email address associated with your Wyke account. We’ll process your request within 7 business days.
What happens when you delete your account
- Immediately: Your profile is anonymized — your username, display name, avatar, bio, date of birth, and home port are removed or replaced. Your profile is no longer visible to other users. You are signed out of all devices.
- During the 30-day grace period: Your data is retained in an anonymized state. If you change your mind, contact privacy@getwyke.com to cancel the deletion before the 30 days are up.
- After 30 days: All of your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted, including your profile, posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, cruise history, and authentication records. Media files (photos and videos you uploaded) are deleted from our storage systems. Your Supabase authentication record is removed. This action cannot be undone.
